I got married in September 2009. It was the most exciting and memorable day and I loved every minute of it. I had a clear vision when planning the wedding; I’d found the man and venue of my dreams but finding the dress was more challenging, as my real life experiences didn’t quite live up to my expectations.

I started to realise the niche in the market for a premium boutique, right on my doorstep. I wanted to create a store where everyone would feel welcome and special and most importantly have fun. So I gave up my corporate marketing job to open a new boutique in Newbury which has many personal touches which includes three generations of my family’s wedding dresses on display.

As well as myself, the newest member of the team is Hannah. Hannah is currently able to put herself in all our brides’ shoes- she is actually getting married herself in May! Hannah has 12 years of experience working in customer facing roles and when she isn’t planning her own wedding, she loves beauty therapy and interior design.
