In just a couple of week’s time, we all get a few extra days off to celebrate the Queen’s 60 year reign in style! Hope you’ve all got your street parties planned!
We are mid way through the year and that means one thing; planning for the 2013 season! After reviewing our collections, we’ve decided to make a few tweaks and we’ve been notified of a few discontinuations ie dresses which the designers have decided not to see through into 2013 and therefore I cannot repeat on.
In addition to that we are currently in ‘ buying season!’. We’ve got an exciting few shows and events to attend over the next few weeks where we get to see the new designs for 2013 and select which ones are right for our boutique and our customers! (it’s a hard life!)
As our boutique is only small and I have limited room, I need to make space for new designs and sell off any discontinued dresses! This means we will have quite a large number of samples to sell off! If you are in a hurry and need a dress quickly or on a budget looking for a bargain, then this may be the perfect time for you to pop down.
We will be holding the sale ‘Jubilee Week’ starting on Wednesday 6th June and continuing until Sunday 10th June (yes we are open Sunday!). We will be discounting our samples at up to 60% off so they really are a bargain. All sample dresses have been tried on but only in the boutique. Most are in really good condition and we will spot clean any dresses if there are any visible marks. We are also happy to store the dresses for you and like new dresses, offer the services of our fantastic alteration experts who are able to tailor the dresses for the perfect fit.
All we ask is that dresses are paid in full to secure them and they are on a first come basis. There are some really excellent dresses in the range and some which I am sad to lose (but due to them being discontinued I am forced to!)
It is best to make an appointment as we are a small shop and only run one appointment at a time but of course we always welcome browers- it’s just wise to make an appointment to try on the dresses.
Over the next few weeks we’ll release details of the dresses in the sale but for now, here’s a taster!
