We want you to be totally confident with your purchase but many brides are a little overwhelmed making the right decision. We are confident you’ll find the dress you love at Mrs Jones but we give you the peace of mind that if you change your mind within 14 days of placing your order, we will give you any money already paid, back.

2. Exclusive and Personal Service

Mrs Jones will offer a one to one appointment for 1 ½ hours to all brides and there are no limit to the number of dresses you can try on. This includes a short consultation when you arrive to understand your style, tastes, venue and personality

Mrs Jones will offer every bride who purchases, a ‘Thank you’ pack. We know that after spending a lot of money, the bride has nothing to take away initially. We will provide information on the dress and designer with full details on next steps and timelines as well as affiliate company information to help plan the other elements of your day

4. Looking after you from start to finish

Highly skilled and experienced alterations will be offered in store for all fittings. Alterations are charged separately to the dress, and will depend on what needs doing, but we will give you a guide once you’ve found the dress.
